  1. Heat oil over medium heat in large non-stick pan. Add onion, chili, cumin and salt; cook, stirring occasionally, until soft. Add turkey; cook stirring occasionally until cooked through. Add tomato paste and water and simmer until liquid evaporates. Remove from heat.
  2. Combine tomato, avocados, lime, onion, cilantro and jalapeño in a small bowl.
  3. Fill lettuce leaves with warm turkey mixture and avocado salsa, dividing evenly.
  4. Serve with fresh lime wedges if desired.
