Tomatillo Pico de Gallo

Mix it up with this tomatillo-based pico instead of the usual tomato-based pico. Enjoy on tacos, chips, whatever you like!


  • 2 cups tomatillos chopped into little cubes
  • 1 cup red onion chopped into little cubes
  • 1/4 cup cilantro finely chopped
  • salt to taste

  1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl. Make sure the tomatillo is more visible than the red onion. Note: This pico de gallo can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 week.
