Ingredients
- 2 cups tomatillos chopped into little cubes
- 1 cup red onion chopped into little cubes
- 1/4 cup cilantro finely chopped
- salt to taste

- Combine the ingredients in a bowl. Make sure the tomatillo is more visible than the red onion. Note: This pico de gallo can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 week.
