Inspired by the famous drink, it's perfect to serve as an appetizer or as finger food - or as we like to call it in Venezuela pasapalos. This dish is guaranteed to bring life to any occasion.

Tomato Sauce
  1. In a bowl, combine tomato juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce and your hot sauce of choice. Set aside.
Shrimp
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 °F.
  2. Season the shrimp with olive oil, a dash of salt and pepper, and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for four minutes. Remove from the oven and wait for the shrimp to finish cooking in the remaining heat from the tray. Set aside to cool down.
Assembly
  1. Fill the shot glasses halfway with tomato sauce, and serve one shrimp in each glass. Garnish with celery and serve chilled.
