Inspired by the famous drink, it's perfect to serve as an appetizer or as finger food - or as we like to call it in Venezuela pasapalos. This dish is guaranteed to bring life to any occasion.

Ingredients
- Tomato Sauce
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- Celery for garnish
- Shrimp
- 2 cups shrimp peeled and cleaned
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions
Tomato Sauce
- In a bowl, combine tomato juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce and your hot sauce of choice. Set aside.
Shrimp
- Preheat the oven to 450 °F.
- Season the shrimp with olive oil, a dash of salt and pepper, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for four minutes. Remove from the oven and wait for the shrimp to finish cooking in the remaining heat from the tray. Set aside to cool down.
Assembly
- Fill the shot glasses halfway with tomato sauce, and serve one shrimp in each glass. Garnish with celery and serve chilled.
