Ingredients
- ½ pound chicken breast cubed
- ½ red onion cut lengthwise or in strips
- 1 tomato seeded and cut lengthwise or in strips
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Mazola® corn oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- cilantro Chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Start by adding Mazola® Corn Oil to a saute pan over high heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in the hot pan to brown on the outside.
- Transfer the chicken to a bowl and then in that same pan saute vegetables for two minutes, place the chicken back in the pan, add soy sauce and vinegar and let the liquid reduce until syrupy.
- Add cilantro and serve.
