Salsa de Cilantro (Cilantro Sauce)
- 1 bunch cilantro leaves and stem
- 2 cloves garlic
- Juice of 3 limes
- 1 avocado ripe
- ¾ cup olive oil
This salsa de cilantro is always in my fridge because every Mexican kitchen should have a freshly-made homemade salsa available to pair with any meal. You can use it as a topping for your quesadillas or even as a sauce for your meat. This recipe is easy and adds the perfect spicy touch to any meal.
