This salsa de cilantro is always in my fridge because every Mexican kitchen should have a freshly-made homemade salsa available to pair with any meal. You can use it as a topping for your quesadillas or even as a sauce for your meat. This recipe is easy and adds the perfect spicy touch to any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch cilantro leaves and stem
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • 1 avocado ripe
  • ¾ cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Process all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, until all the ingredients are completely crushed and the sauce is smooth.
  2. Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use. The salsa is best if used the same day it’s prepared.
