Cheese lovers unite! This queso fundido with peppers and chorizo is melted cheesy goodness in every single bite. This is a must for any party or game day celebration. Sometimes I keep it simple with just Monterey Jack cheese; other times I mix it up with a variety of cheeses, like smoked mozzarella or gouda along with the Jack, for an extra jolt!
This snack or appetizer is wonderful when paired with tortillas or veggie sticks.
8ounces monterey jack cheese shredded
1/4cup poblano peppers roasted and diced
1/4cup red bell peppers roasted and diced
1/2cup Mexican chorizo cooked (after cooking the chorizo, drain on paper towels)
