Pumpkin Mashed Potatoes
- 1 pound Yukon Gold Potatoes quartered
- 1 pound Calabaza Peeled, Seeded, and Cut Into Large Chunks
- 1 cup Sour cream fat-free
It's pumpkin season so why not change up that old standby, the mashed potato, with some fall color and flavor? It's super easy to make and ready in a half hour.
