Pork Tenderloin with Sautéed Jalapeños and Bell Peppers

Pork tenderloin is a very lean cut of meat - that is why this recipe is great!

This recipe is super easy and quick. It has the perfect amount of spice from the jalapeños. If you want to lower the heat on the chiles, remove the seed from the jalapeños.

Ingredients

  • 4 pork loins
  • 1 garlic clove mashed
  • ½ tbsp black pepper
  • ½ white onion grated
  • 2 tsps canola oil
  • 2 tsps butter
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 2 jalapeños sliced, seeded and deveined
  • 1 tbsp cumin

  2. Add the rest of the oil and add the peppers and jalapeño. Sauté until al dente, approximately 8 minutes.
  3. Add the cumin and ½ cup of water and simmer until all the liquid has been consumed and the steaks are well cooked.
