  1. Combine 1 cup of diced pineapples with ½ cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a touch of lime juice.
  2. For the whipped cream, add a ¼ cup of coconut cream to a cup of whipped cream and finish with lime zest.
