Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk or rice milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 medium hass avocados ripe, fresh, halved, seeded, peeled and cut into chunks

Directions
- Combine all ingredients except the avocados in a blender or food processor and process until combined.
- Add the avocados, scraping down the sides with a spatula as needed and process until very smooth.
- Add additional sweetener and salt, if desired.
- Add toppings as desired and serve.
Chef Notes
Medium avocados are recommended for this recipe. A medium avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
