You can't really go wrong with this Mexican-inspired Buddha bowl; it's full of spices, textures and goodness.

This Mexican inspired Buddha bowl is oh so tasty! I am a little obsessed with Buddha bowls at the moment, and this one is definitely my favorite!

You can't really go wrong with this meal; it's full of spices, textures and goodness. Buddha bowls are so versatile you can literally switch the taste with the ingredients and spices.

This recipe is super-filling and packed with flavors; it's kind of the perfect lunch or dinner in every way.

Chickpeas are an absolute must for your diet as they are completely bursting with nutrients, minerals, and are high in fiber and protein. Chickpeas are also a great way to keep your weight down and your belly full, because dietary fibers function as "bulking agents" which increase a feeling of fullness and help reduce your appetite.

This meal is a great vegan or vegetarian dinner. For vegans, you can replace the yogurt sauce with a tahini dressing .

Enjoy!
