If there is one drink you should be having in the morning is this nutritious papaya drink. As easy as 1-2-3 and oh so good!

Papaya juice, or Jus Papaye in Creole, is is a milkshake typically consumed in Haiti in the morning.

Even if you are not a huge papaya fan, you will love this drink! It is extremely refreshing yet perfectly filling. It's a lighter, frothier variation of a milkshake. Now that's a great way to start your day.



  • 1/2 papaya peeled and chopped
  • ice crushed or cubed
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
