  1. In a large saucepan, add milk, chips, sugar, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and salt. Whisk together.
  2. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, scraping up the bottom of the pan until sugar and chips are melted.
  3. Turn off heat when small bubbles form around the edge of the pan.
  4. Pour into cups and sprinkle to taste with cayenne pepper.
