With the weather warming up, so are the grills around the country! Spice up regular corn on the cob and do it Mexican-style for your next grilling get-together.

Build a charcoal or gas fire in you grill and bring it to medium-high heat. Brush grill grate with oil. Grill corn, turning occasionally until slightly charred and cooked through, about 10 minutes. While corn grills, combine chili and cayenne powder.
Brushed each grilled ear of corn with butter or mayonnaise, sprinkle with cheese and chili mixture, and finish with a squeeze of lime. Serve immediately.
