
Shrimp on a stick, what else can you ask for this summer?
There's something so fun about eating food on a stick! These grilled cilantro lime shrimp kebabs are the perfect excuse to do so. They also tend to keep things a bit less messy. This recipe is easy, tangy and refreshing, so get ready to make tons because they are also addicting!
Ingredients
- in Olive oil spray for misting
- 32 shrimp jumbo, raw, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 24 slices limes large, thinly sliced into rounds, about 3
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- ½ cup cilantro fresh, chopped, divided
- 16 in bamboo skewers soakedwater for 1 hour
- lime juice Freshly squeezed

Directions
- Heat the grill to medium heat. Oil the grates.
- In a medium bowl, season the shrimp with garlic, cumin, salt and half of the cilantro.
- Beginning and ending with shrimp, thread the shrimp and folded lime slices onto 8 pairs of parallel skewers to make 8 kebabs total.
- Grill the shrimp, turning occasionally, until shrimp is opaque throughout, about 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Top with remaining cilantro and freshly squeezed lime juice before serving.
