Ingredients

  • 3 cups pineapple diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1 large jalapeño seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Place pineapple, bell pepper, jalapeño, red onion and cilantro in a large bowl. Add lime juice, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 min (or until ready to serve) to allow the flavours to come together.
