This Cuban style mojo sauce livens up any recipe, whether its protein like fish or chicken, or enjoyed as a dipping sauce for chips or tostones.

This is my interpretation of a Cuban style mojo sauce. The perfect blend of citrus and spice, it can be used to marinade any type of fish, meat or even poultry. It’s also ideal as a dip for quesadillas, or your favorite cuban sandwich.

It can also come in handy when preparing ceviche. This mojo sauce recipe opens up a world of possibilities to your everyday go-to recipes.

  • 3/4 cup orange juice fresh
  • 3/4 cup lemon juice fresh
  • 8 cloves garlic peeled

  • 2 tsp oregano dried
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper ground

  3. Add sauce to a food processor. Blend in a low intensity level until ingredients are mixed but not completely pureed.
