Cook chicken as desired, allow to cool and shred. You may sear over medium-high with a dash of olive oil, until all sides are slightly golden. Then set oven at 350F and bake for 30 minutes, until it is thoroughly cooked. Or you can buy store bought chicken that's ready made.
