Add coconut milk in a blender.
Add lime juice to blender along with the sugar and cream of coconut.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
If you want a thicker drink, blend the ice with the rest of the ingredients.
If you prefer a more liquid limeade, don’t add ice to the blender and instead serve the ice cubes in each glass.
If using unsweetened coconut milk, make sure to adjust sweetness to taste.
