These coconut avocado popsicles may not seem like your average frozen treat, and they're not! This recipe is dairy-free deliciousness, a perfect blend of creamy avocado (which is an underrated dessert ingredient, by the way) and sweet coconut.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium avocados peeled and pitted
  • 1 can coconut milk full-fat
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste mixture and if it is not sweet enough, add additional maple syrup to your liking.
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle moulds and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until popsicles are frozen.

Chef Notes

To unmold the popsicles easily, run them under hot water or dip them in a large bowl of hot water for a few seconds at a time until they come loose.
