Chorizo and Chile Huevos Revueltos
- 1 pound chorizo crumbled
- 1 small onion peeled and chopped
- 1 chile serrano thinly sliced
- 6 large eggs beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon powdered chicken powder
Huevos revueltos is a classic and popular Mexican breakfast dish. Eggs are so versatile, you can scramble them with almost anything you can imagine.
