A perfect glazed ham for Easter!

This Chipotle and Tangerine Glazed recipe is a crowd-pleaser. It is incredibly easy to prepare and delicious! This citrusy and spicy glaze will work perfectly as a topping for your favorite meat, such as a holiday ham.

Make sure to hand-squeeze the tangerines to get the most out of the citrusy taste but if you can't find them at the market, you can always get tangerine juice.

  1. In a large bowl, place the tangerine juice, sugar, cilantro, ginger, vinegar, chipotles, olive oil, tangerine peel and salt. Mix until combined.
  2. Bring a medium saucepan to low heat and add the previous mix. Bring to a boil. Simmer over medium heat about 10 minutes or until mixture reduces to 1 cup, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once out of the heat, let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.
