Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 2 bell peppers
- 20 cloves garlic
- ¾ cup Mazola® corn oil
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ½ cup wine
- 2 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 ½ cup orange juice

Directions
- Blend all the ingredients and marinate the pork with the mixture for about 12 hours in the refrigerator (flip it over after the first 6 hours).
- Place the pork on a baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 275° F for 4 hours.
- Increase the temperature to 400° F and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest before cutting and serving.
