Chef James’ Delicious Pernil Al Horno

Cuisine: South American

Thanksgiving is almost here, and we’re excited to start celebrating with our loved ones, sharing what we’re grateful for. What better way to celebrate than with a delicious Pernil al Horno? This is basically a leg of pork that will be marinated and then cooked low and slow in the oven to get that beautiful brown color on the outside and juicy texture on the inside. Mazola® Corn Oil is an all-purpose cooking oil that is a heart-healthy*  choice for your family. Variety of uses include baking, grilling, sautéing, stir-frying, or mixing up a marinade or dressing.

Let’s keep celebrating with our families, cooking with heart, and the best ingredients, including Mazola® Corn Oil.
