Chef James’ Grilled Pork Chops

Cuisine: American

Pork chops are one of the world's most popular strips of meat.

In the United States, this cut is considered a Southern food, but the origins of the pork industry can be traced back to Spanish explorer Hernando de Soto in Native America.

But without going too far back in history, the reality is that the tenderness of the meat in pork chops is ideal for experimenting in the kitchen.

Chef James' recipe for grilled pork chops is the best example of this.

With a unique combination of different peppers, lime, and more, this recipe will delight your guests. We prepare it with the help of Mazola® Corn Oil, which is delicious and easy to use. With its neutral flavor, Mazola® Corn Oil is the perfect ingredient for those tender meat recipes and delicious flavors.
