Spray waffle maker with cooking spray; heat waffle maker. Separate Pillsbury dough into 5 rolls; set the icing and dulce de leche aside. For each waffle, place 1 roll in the center of the waffle maker; close the lid of the waffle maker. Bake 3 to 4 minutes or until the waffle is thoroughly cooked and golden brown. Pour glaze and dulce de leche over hot waffles. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with a mint sprig.
