Colorful, fruity, and delicious. Carnaval mocktail is a fabulous summer drink for the entire family.
I call this the Carnaval Mocktail because all of its fruity colors are festive... just like a Brazilian carnaval parade! This drink is delicious and refreshing! Make it the night before a summer barbecue or as a refreshment during a big sporting event.
Ingredients
- 3 strawberries plus 1 extra for garnish – optional
- 1/4 cup water cold
- ½ cup simple syrup
- ¾ cup passion fruit pureed
- 1 lime peel strip for garnish, optional
Directions
- Pour all the ingredients in a mixing glass or shaker and mash them well with a pestle. Shake, strain and serve with ice.
