Ingredients
- 1/2 hass avocado ripe, fresh, seeded and peeled
- 1 peach ripe, seeded and peeled
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk unsweetened
- 1/2 ounce vanilla whey sweetened protein powder (1 scoop)
- 1/4 cup water
- Dash cardamom
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup (or to taste)
Directions
- Place avocado, peach, almond milk, water, protein powder, cardamom, and agave syrup in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Sweeten with agave until desired.
- Pour into glass and serve immediately.
Chef Notes
Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados, adjust the quantity accordingly.
