Chimichurri Skinny Dip

Not your grandma's chimichurri! Enjoy this edited version of the classic over skirt steak or yucca chips!

Chef Ana Quincoses' Million Dollar Marinade isn't your typical mojo. This marinade is an explosion of flavors for all your meat and seafood dishes in one easy step. As a bonus, reducing it makes a wonderful dipping sauce. In this recipe, Chef Ana whips up a tasty chimichurri sauce, the perfect accompaniment to a churrasco skirt steak.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Skinny Latina Million Dollar Marinade
  • 1/2 cup parsely finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons Simply Balanced olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a small sauce pan, combine all ingredients over medium heat and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and set aside until ready to use.

Chef Notes

Make sure to keep any raw meat separate from each other and the vegetables. (You don’t want cross-contamination!) Refrigerate all ingredients until ready to serve.
