Easy side dish recipe with a colorful pop

These Roasted Spicy Honey Carrots are ridiculously good. The days of the boiled carrot are done and dusted! This is the future of carrots and I promise you will be hooked.

Roasted whole carrots are not only a really beautiful side dish, flavorful and with the added honey and spice you will not be disappointed.

The days of our mother's and grandmother's boiled carrots are well over, my friends. These babies are absolutely full of flavor and still slightly crunchy.

Here are some great recipes if you have an abundance of carrots:

Pickled Green Beans and Carrots (Escabeche)
