Baked Cauliflower al Mojo de Ajo (Garlic Sauce)




  • Preheat the oven to 350° F. Lightly grease a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Mix together the oil, garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
  • In a large bowl, toss together the cauliflower with the oil mixture, making sure the cauliflower florets are equally coated.
  • Arrange the oil-coated cauliflower florets on the lightly greased baking sheet. Season with coarse salt. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes until lightly golden and crisp. Remove from oven; serve. ¡Buen provecho!
