¡Latin Food Fest! is back! California’s largest and most attended annual Hispanic culinary celebration celebrates its sixth annual festival in Los Angeles on March 23–24, San Diego on August 17-18, and Orange County on November 9-10, 2018.
This year’s edition includes a festival kick-off party called “Mexico Mercado,” which is hosted by Mexico’s most acclaimed chef, Enrique Olvera. Attendees also get to whet their appetites at the Gran Tasting – the festival’s signature event featuring 150 food, beverage, wine, beer and spirits stations, cooking demos, Best of Fest Chef Awards, a VIP Tent, and live music.
This year’s headliner chefs, Aarón Sánchez, Marcela Valladolid, and Enrique Olvera, will be conducting cooking demonstrations on the main stage, and each will be signing copies of their cook books.
Marcela Valladolid is the host the Food Network television series Mexican Made Easy and the co-host of the Food Network television series The Kitchen.
Enrique Olvera is the world’s best-known chef from Mexico; his restaurant Pujol is widely considered the best restaurant in all of Mexico, and his New York eatery Cosme sets the standard for modern Mexican cuisine.
Aarón Sánchez is an award-winning chef, TV personality, cookbook author, and philanthropist.
