Batido de Mango (Mango Shake)

Yields 4 servings

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped ripe mango
1 cup mango juice
1 cup vanilla ice cream
¼ cup sugar (or artificial sweetener, to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice cubes

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, and serve immediately.
