Yields 1 drink
3 strawberries (and 1 extra for garnish – optional)
¾ oz. passionfruit purée
½ oz. simple syrup
2 oz. cachaca
lime peel strip for garnish (optional)
Pour all the ingredients in a mixing glass or shaker and mash them well with a pestle. Shake, strain and serve.
