Aceitunas Marinadas (Marinated Olives)

1 teaspoon orange peel, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, sliced lengthwise thinly
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped (can use dried oregano also)
¾ cup olive oil
½ cup green olives, with pits
½ cup green olives stuffed with pimiento
1 cup black olives with pits



Put the first 6 ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Add the olives and mix so that the seasoned oil is well distributed among the olives. Place olives in a sealed container and refrigerate at least 24 hours.
