Spicy Samba

Makes 1 drink



½ oz. agave nectar
3 sprigs of cilantro
2 slices of cucumber
1 thin slice of jalapeño
2 oz. plata (silver) tequila
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
Twist of lime, for garnish



Put the agave nectar, cilantro, cucumber and jalapeño in a cocktail mixer and muddle gently. Add tequila, lime juice and ice. Shake well. Strain into a martini glass filled with ice. Garnish with a twist of lime.
