This Peruvian seafood recipe from Costazul Restaurant yields 1 serving
6½ oz. sea bass
juice of four lemons
1 tablespoon passionfruit juice
1 teaspoon ají limo (Peruvian chili pepper/substitute with another if needed)
1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Optional garnish: cooked sweet potato and corn
Slice the sea bass and arrange the slices on a plate. Mix the lemon juice, passionfruit juice, chili pepper, cilantro and garlic. Cover the fish with this sauce and serve.
