    Hi Sonia. Yep, that’s the way they do it in Texas, taught to me by my relatives there. Except we put some cheese inside, too. And sometimes, some chopped sweet onion. And of course, that gravy is good on just cheese  enchiladas. Thanks for your great pix and authentic recipes. Keep ’em coming, cowgirl.
