Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pepitas raw
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne

The most irresistible combination of sweet, spicy and crunchy. You'll be eating them by the handful!

Fall is upon us, and if you're anything like me you are probably finding yourself in full-on pumpkin mode! One of my favorite fall snacks to make are these super-easy sweet and spicy pepitas. It's a naturally nut-free, gluten-free, healthy treat you can feel good about.

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium-size bowl and stir well to combine.
  2. Spread mixture out onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Try not to overlap.
  3. Roast in the oven at 350º F for 20 minutes. Stir once half way though.
  4. Allow to cool and enjoy! Store in an air tight container.
