BBQ Cherry Tomato And Red Peppers Skewers
- 1 pound cherry tomatoes
- 2 medium red peppers chopped into bite-size pieces
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon rock salt
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 large onion chopped into bite-size pieces

These skewers can be made with different colored cherry tomatoes, peppers and whole garlic cloves, so play around with different veggie combos and enjoy !
*If you are using bamboo skewers remember to fully immerse them in water for 1 hour.
