Roasted Habanero Salsa
- 1 clove garlic peeled
- 5 habanero chilies seeds included
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
This salsa is typically made with green habaneros, but ripe orange habaneros will work fine. The result is an incredibly spicy salsa made with charred garlic and habanero peppers.
Salsa can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
