Grilled asparagus with a hint of spice and a twist of lime.

Asparagus is everywhere right now in Spain and it's perfect! Pair these beautiful spears with fresh lime and you will have an amazing summer recipe.

A good idea when you first start grilling asparagus is to taste-test them every 5 minutes or so until you find your perfect grilled asparagus. I love mine very grilled, at least 35 minutes, but my husband's threshold is about 15 minutes. We meet in the middle now .... turns out compromise works!

This Lime Paprika Grilled Asparagus recipe is a super simple side dish that goes great with a BBQ and can be beautifully paired with grilled fish.

The great thing about asparagus is that it they are low in calories and in fat but high in fiber, so they tastes amazing and makes you feel full without making you look full!

Enjoy!
