  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1 large jalapeño seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
