Ingredients
  • 3liters water
  • cups dried hibiscus flowers
  • Diced apples(optional)
  • Sweetener of choice(sugar, honey or agave - optional)
Instructions
  1. Bring 1 liter of water to a boil. Add the dried flowers to the boiling water, and boil for 1 minute.
  2. Remove from heat, cover and let steep until it cools down.
  3. Strain the flowers.
  4. Add 2 liters of water or even more, depending on how strong you like the tea.
  5. Sweeten to taste, add ice cubes and enjoy!
